Borderlands 3 PS4 Legendary Weapons Frosty Zane Terror Cryo Build + Skill Trees!

First off, my aim is to create a quality build that makes Mayhem 3 and the upcoming Mayhem 4 a breeze. I don't want to burden everyone's space with 40+ legendary items that would probably be set aside once you use this build.

 This legendary weapons Zane terror cryo build is designed to boost damage. You'll find yourself hardly ever switching weapons because they're that good. The synergy from the Artifacts, Cryo, and Radiation creates a build with insane damage for an Operative.  

To elaborate a bit on why the build works so well, you'll first need to know how elements work in the game. Specifically, Cryo and Radiation. 

Shock and Corrosive aren't really needed when using Radiation and Cryo. You'll mostly get to switch between two elements, while Fire and Normal Bullets will be added perks. To understand more of what I mean, check the "Items Included" section listed below.

Items Included

Cryo Butcher: The Butcher is one of the best shotguns in the game. The Anointment is increasing your Critical Damage while Terrified. Note: Great option for Armor Damage.

Cryo/Cryo - Fire/Cryo Night Hawkin: Surprisingly the best mobbing weapon for the build. The Anointment adds 50% Cryo Damage. Once night rolls along (in-game) the gun will deal Cryo & Fire Damage. Note: Good option for Red health bars and Armor.

Radiation/Cryo Fearmonger: Anointment adds 50% Cryo Damage. The gun deals Bonus Damage to all 3 Health Bars Red/Yellow/Blue. Note: Great option for Shields, Armor and Anointed enemies.

Fire/Cryo Fearmonger: Anointment adds 50% Cryo Damage. The Fearmonger's red text adds a Chance to Fire Extra Projectiles while Terrified. Note: Good for Armor and Red health bars.

Radiation/Cryo Butcher: A great option to replace the Radiation Fearmonger when a high Fire Rate is desired. Anointment gives 50% Cryo Damage. Note: Great for Shields and Armor.

Face-Puncher: Face-Puncher shotgun pellets count as melee damage. Anointment has a 25% chance to apply Terror with melee attacks. This allows you to swap out your grenades whenever you desire. Note: Good for applying Terror combining with Moxxi's Bouncing Pair.

Cryo/Fire Lyuda: Anointment adds 50% Fire Damage. The larger magazine size helps with Ammo Regeneration. Note: The Lyuda is best used for killing bosses.

Cryo Gatling Gun: The Gatling Gun has a magazine size of 49 and an Anointment of 50% Cryo Damage. Perfect mobbing gun while Regenerating Ammo. Note: Great option for Normal Bullet/Kinetic Damage.

Cryo Dastardly Maggie: Anointment adds 50% Cryo Damage. Great high damage mobbing gun. Note: Great option for Normal Bullet/Kinetic Damage.



Cryo Laser-Sploder: Cryo Laser-Sploder is one of the few Cryo weapons capable of killing Anointed enemies. Anointment adds 50% cryo damage in next 2 magazines. If you utilize your ammo regen, you can keep the cryo anointment up (don't reload) 100% of the time. Note: Great option for Armor, Mobbing and Good for killing Anointed enemies.
 
Radiation Roan's Call: The Rowan's Call Adds 2 Ammo to your Magazine and Ricochets 2 Bullets while landing Critical Hits. Anointment adds a Chance to Fire Extra Projectiles while shooting and synergies well with the Adam Bomb Artifact. Note: Good option for stripping Shields

Shock Roan's Call: I added this mostly for bosses with shields. It is a very good weapon by itself though. It's anointment adds Increased Damage and Fire Rate while Terrified.

Jacketed Red Card: A nice shield to combine with the Splatter Gun perk. Anointment adds Ammo Regeneration while Terrified.

The Transformer: Anointment Regenerates Ammo while Terrified. Extremely good and arguably the best Anointment for a Shield.

Two Juggernaut Stop-Gap Shields: One Anointment option gives Ammo Regeneration. The other Stop-Gap Anointment will give Health Regeneration while Terrified. Both Shields are great for survivability.

Cryo Recurring Hex: A Legendary Cryo Recurring Hex that Applies Terror.

Tina's Hippity Hopper: High Damage grenade that applies Terror. Note: Good for Normal Damage/Kinetic

Moxxi's Bouncing Pair: Fire and Shock grenade that adds Increased Damage and Fire Rate while Terrified. Note: Good for when you're using the Face Puncher Shotgun.

Roided Ghast Call: A very nice grenade that shoots skulls at the enemy. The more Terrified you are, more skulls will spawn. Note: Great option while using Face Puncher Shotgun.

Elemental Projector Victory Rush: Great Artifact when taking Cryo or Radiation Damage. Also, killing a Badass gives Victory Rush, which adds 18% Movement Speed, and 18% Damage for 60 Seconds.

Ice Breaker Victory Rush: The bread and butter of the build. The Artifact increases your Cryo Damage by 35%, and gives you 77% Cryo efficiency. Also, grants Victory Rush.

Atom Balm Splatter Gun: Good for the Rowan's Call, Fearmonger and Butcher. Shooting an enemy with the Fearmonger and then sliding will cause the exploding Projectiles to deal 50% more Damage.

Ice Breaker Splatter Gun: Great option for combining the Ice Breaker and Splatter Gun perks.

Cold Warrior Class Mod: This Operative class mod applies a different element to enemies while frozen.
